We are a leading Indian Buying Office serving several of the top names in the home improvement and home décor retail industry offering personalized buying services to a select clientele. Our roster of clients include leading retailers from USA, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, New Zealand, Israel and Brazil.

We are a privately held limited company with around 35 associates. As a buying office, we hold exclusive sourcing rights in India for these retailers. Our job domain includes product research and development, sourcing, merchandising and quality assurance. Internally, we work in client-wise division of teams headed by a Team Lead, who is in turn assisted by a team of fellow category development associates, quality assurance personnel and a logistics specialist.

We are possibly the only buying office of its kind to deal with home improvement retail segment in addition to the home décor industry where India has always been traditionally strong at. In recent times there has been an increasing inclination towards India vis-à-vis China on some of the non traditional items including engineering goods. Having sensed that the engineering and metal Industry in India is possibly still in its nascent stages unlike the apparel or home textile business which are well set, it becomes imperative that we have an in-house team to drive, direct and develop factories to the kind of volumes and products that J&J requires. To this effect we have an in-house Product Development Group (PDG) within J&J which serves as a separate support group to help drive business in the non traditional segment.
