At J&J, we strongly believe that our people are our strength. Because, our people make our teams….. and our teams do things differently. As a growing company, we are constantly on the look out for additional talent in the various core positions at our company. It may be interesting to note that over 95% of our associates picked up their first job at J&J and were launched into the world of buying/sourcing through the years of experience at J&J. They represent the J&J Brand. In short, we do not necessarily need experienced candidates. So long as you have a mind to think, a pair of hands to act and a pair of feet to take you places……..

Our associates are from a diverse background and that is what makes our work place a special place. Like a “mini-India” we have people from different states speaking different languages but with one common cause. We have people from the science, arts, engineering and business background. But the one common streak that links them all is simplicity, dedication and honesty in this buying business.

The typical core functions where we invite applications round the year are:

  1. Category Development Associate (a.k.a Merchandiser in the industry)
  2. Product Development Associate (Engineering background is a must)
  3. Quality Assurance Associate

Once we have received your application, we would put your resume into an active recruitment file. At the appropriate time, once we have an interest in your candidature, our HR department would get in touch with you.

We typically have two rounds of interviews. The initial round, is a “getting to know each other” round, for us to know you as an individual and for you to know us as a company. If short listed, for the final round besides an interview, you would have to take a basic Verbal Aptitude Test ( J&J VAT).
